Paper Julep Medley

My love for colorful patterned Japanese chiyogami paper turned into this line of Paper Julep earrings. A top and bottom layer of decorative paper is laminated to archival museum board and cut on a laser. Each piece is washed, dried and spray lacquered for protection. The ear wires are surgical steel.

Mini styles are $20. and include small round, square, teardrop, ellipse, scone, oval, narrow rectangle, and rectangle shapes. Slightly larger midi styles include scone and hoop shapes, also for $20. Three dimensional styles include round stacks, square stacks, and a variety of notched earrings for $30.
